Your own e/OS2 Operating Systems.
e/OS2 Operating Systems have been built especially for students, education providers, teachers, office worker client machines, servers, and gamers. These systems were built from the ground up using the openSUSE base platform.The e/OS2 operating systems are standard desktop operating systems and are freely distributed from our e/OS2 website.
When you buy a Black Knight System and have chosen an e/OS2 system for your install system, your Black Knight representative will discuss with you what modifications you would like made and the process of building your own corporate entity operating system will begin.
Included in your corporate operating system build:
- Own branding. From bootup up screens, to login screens. All your own brand images will be seen whenever one of your Black Knight System machines starts up.
- Your choice of software applications. According to the type of operating system that you have chosen we have a range of additional packages that can be installed to the system that will encapsulate your company / schools needs.
- Enhancements. Client to Server network connection enhancements will be pre-built into each operating system according to the nature of your company / school environment. Our aim is to have all of your machines connecting to your servers as efficiently as possible thus saving your company money on time lost at non-productive work stations.
- Security. Every company / school / corporate venture should have its own security measures pre-built into their operating systems. The Nihao e/OS2 will reckon the security level that your company / school / corporate venture needs and create a build specific blend of security and firewall enhancements just for you.
The advantage of this approach over packaged operating systems is that with your own security settings pre-built into you operating system it adds a little more strength to your security settings than simply adding your security settings at the operating system install level prompts.
Once your operating system has been built, and your Black Knight representative will give you a time estimation for this, your I.T. personel will be issued with a Flash USB Drive containing the original build for backup purposes, and they will also be given an ISO image of your operating system for fast installing via DVD Rom or Local Network.
When the Black Knight I.T. techinicians come to setup your ordered machines at your workplace, your operating systems will have already been installed to the machines.
To complete this part of the Black Knight Systems package, the newly branded and configured operating system belongs to you, and you only. Your company / school / corporate venture will be issued with a release document from the Nihao Empire indicating that the e/OS2 system you have bought is solely owned by you.
Nihao e/OS2 will continue offering online updates and upgrades for your system from international repository servers freely, and maintenance over your systems is guaranteed within the Black Knight 5 year guarantee.
