The Black Knight Remote Desktop Security Package comes with 3 levels of requirements.

First: Supported Level.

This level comes as standard with every purchase of the Black Knight Systems for your school or office that includes servers.
As a result this level includes all of the main components of the Black Knight Security package at no extra cost.

Second: Supplementary Level.
第二： 补充级别
This level is for our customers that have bought the Black Knight System but did not need new or more servers.
This level is supplementary to the Black Knight System package and is offered to our customers at a reduced fee.

此级别是补充黑暗骑士系统包，提供了以更低的费用。
Third: Contractual Level.
第三： 合作级别
This level is for customers that have not bought the Black Knight System.
This level offers the full security package of the Supported Level and is paid for on a monthly fee contract.
